  • log for packet dropped

    Hi ,

We are using a SBS2000 , ISA 2000. Now we are having one Anti virus application PC Tools .When we are trying to update its virus definations , isa drops its packets and fails to update ..if i disable the ISA and try its succeed.

Now i want to check why isa drops that packets ..on particular which port it receives the request on , also which application exe is trying to generate a reqe.g update.exe so that i can white list in my ISA.

So can anyone tell me where i can find this complete log.I have check ISA daily web usage report but its not showing a dropped packet requests.
