  • How to force a lock on all workstation after a period of inactivity on SBS 2003 R2?

    Hi there,
Iím looking for a way to force inactive session to lock on all workstation after 10 minutes. I would like to do it with Group Policy or third party or else.

    Someone has any suggestion please?

Server: Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium
Workstations: Windows XP SP2 (some might have SP3)

    Thanks!

By the way, this is my first post. There is so much information on this forum that I never had to post a question. So, hello to everyone and thank you to all the people who keep this site alive with a special thanks to Daniel Petri.

You can use the screensaver to do this.
User Config / Admin Templates / Control Panel / Display

Test it on a test OU first though.

Oops - forgot to say Welcome too !

      Andy,

Sorry it took me so long to respond to you. I did what you told me yesterday and it worked perfectly.

      Thanks!
