I can't work out what your after. What's RWW?
If you mean clean up computer names in Active Directory you can do so quite easily.

Remote Web Workplace I would guess as this is SBS.

MLA - not sure on the answer but the SBS guys should be able to help. In the mean time maybe you could look at setting up the usermap.txt file so it auto selects for the users ?

        Re: RWW computer list

run regedit on the SBS machine.

        go to
        Code:
        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\RemoteUserPortal\
Create a new String Value ExcludeList
Put in the computer names separated by comma.

wait nevermind, that was the wrong answer. Thats for a different question....

In your case: remove the old computer accounts from AD.

One option is to clear them out of client computers in Server Management, which clears them out of AD also.

I’m honoured to have been selected for the SMB 150 list for 2013. This is the third time in succession (no logo available for 2011) that I have been honoured with this award.
