  • Cannot create account "service" on SBS2003 AD

    Hello,
I tryng to create account "service" but it says "already exist". And i cannot find such user in AD. I need that name for account because we need e-mail address [email protected].

    Thank you.

"service" is a reserved name. Try creating an account called "services" instead. After you create the account you can give it an email address of "[email protected]". You just can't name the user account "service".

You could also just add the email address to one of your users (if you intend on the email being read by one person)

Set the "[email protected]" email address as the primary SMTP address.
