    Hello ,

I am facing one strange issue . We are using SBS 2000 and we have configured GPO ..We have w2k professional and Win xp professional systems in my network . Now the thing is my GPO settings are reflecting to the w2k professional systems e.g restriction for checking properties of network etc...but this settings are not reflecting to the winxp systems when some one is login with the same user name and password on xp ..why is it so ,,,also i am not able to remove the profile for any of the user from the documents and settings folder ...why is this so ...

can anyone please elaborate more on this ..........

    thanks ,

    kathy

    Re: profile issue

Can you run GPresult on the XP machine please.

Than you will see which policies are applied and which not.

GPO's appliedin windows 2000 domain get applied to XP clients.
