  • Can't Receive E-Mail From Comcast.net

Hello All. Newbie here, first time post. Can't say enough about how much help i've got from this site since inheriting a network to run last year.

Anyways, this is my first production SBS 2003 server and I'm having one particular issue that I haven't a clue on. When someone sends e-mail to our domain from comcast.net addresses they get emails like the one below back.. and we never receive them.

    Any ideas?

    Domain is registered with GoDaddy..
E-mail forwards to my exchange server, which is also on Comcast internet.

    Thank you in advance!!

    Dan

Do you mean you accept on Port 25 from the Internet?

What are your MX records saying? Do you have a business account with comcast that isn't blocking ports (like 25)
    TIA

Iím honoured to have been selected for the SMB 150 list for 2013. This is the third time in succession (no logo available for 2011) that I have been honoured with this award.
