  • Initial welcome e-mail when user account is created

    Hello,
Im trying to find some way to deactivate the initial e-mail that SBS sends to every user I create, but so far no luck... I already googled on this but perhaps my query question is not the most explicit, dunno know..

Well what i was trying to find out, like i said earlier was a way to deactivate or modify the content of the automatic e-mail every mailbox gets after its creation, is this possible or not?

    Best regards,
    Alex

I thought this was created by Outlook at the client, not by the server?

I think there are several emails:
      Welcome to Outlook (created by...well...Outlook)
      Welcome to SBS
      Welcome to Remote Web Workplace

I presume the latter two are generated somewhere in the SBS wizard

Those two are the ones i want to block, i also assume its done by the same process that creates the mailbox, but i wanted to know if anyone knows how to edit the message or stop it from creating.
