  • Giving user local e-mail only, possible?

My customer has an SBS 2003 network and they want to give a user that is already set up and configured with an Exchange mailbox local mail access only. She should only be able to send to the GAL and not be able to receive Interent e-mail.

How do I do this? I can remove her SMTP address from her profile and she would not be able to receive e-mail, but I believe she would still be able to send mail.

    TIA.

    Go to exchange system manger
Connectors, SB SMTP Connector, properties, delivery restrictions tab, and in the lower box click add, etc...
