  • Login Pop Up on SBS 2003 Client Computer

    Hi

I can login to my SBS domain from a cleint machine but everytime I try to access a feature on the domain up comes a pop up screen asking for my password but everytime I enter it it then pops up again.

Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Go into control panel, user accounts and delete any stored passwords for thr domain. It may be you have an old password cached there.

Yes I did that and could login to the computer find but as soon as I try to open a mapped network drive or access the exchange email box a pop up login screen appears asking for my username and password but everytime I enter it the popup just comes straight back and I can't access everything on the server.

Maybe you have a persistent mapping from one of the clients that still has an old password. I has happened to me before because i forgot to uncheck the option to reconnect at logon.

              Peace

You need to find what is trying to constantly connect to the server, it may even be spyware. Use a network "sniffer".
