  • critical security implimentation

    Hi ,

We are using SBS 2000 , now i am in one critical situation that my client company wants to implement one new scenario

1 . User A , can only open only 3 selected web sites.

    2 . User B can open only 2 Web sites .

    3. Computer 1 can open only 5 web sites , if he tries to open other web sites the message comes page can not be displayed.

I know how to block the selected sites for the complete domain , through ISA but what can be done in my case ....also if i want to display custom message in place of page can not be display how can i ? I have tried after making one normal html file and try to open while packet is drop but its not working ...

Please guide me how to solve this ..its a critical security problem...

    Thanks...

TRying to remember ISA 2000 but you can probably make different groups for whoever is allowed to see whichever set of sites. Then make a rule for each group with the necessary permissions.

Have you checked out www.isaserver.org - not completely SBS friendly, but you may get help there.
