too many events appears

  • too many events appears

    hi all

    my users have atime restriction.
    till two days ago, when a user
    didnt log off, i get an event 530 about every 2 hours
    now i get this event 50 times every second

    sbs2000 +dc2000
    no special change made
    replace symantec with trend micro

    is there is any think to start from

      hi

      i have sbs2000 and dc2000
      some xp client have time restiction
      when the user didnt log off
      at the time restricted i used to get on
      the security event on both domain controllers
      events about this - event 530
      it was about 10 records of this events

      in those two days
      i get a lot of this excact event
      it can be 20 in just one second

      can u tell me what more info should i give?
      i was in the eventid, no help there

            It is telling you that it is trying to log on 50 times a second and it is not allowed to because it is outwith logon hours.
            Now what is the question?
