  • Email address in user accounts

    Recently I deleted an email address from a users email tab. I tried to re-add that email address back to the same user and AD comes up with an already existing error.

    The reason why I did this is the email address is not receiving email, even though the user is setup and the recipient policy supports this email address??.

    I rebooted the server and that made no difference.

    Please help.
