  • Automatic Duplication\replication of calenadr

    Hello all.

Need to automatically Duplicate\replicate one's mailbox's calendar to second mailbox calendar. Duplicate! Not share.
    We use Sbs2003 Last Sp.
We need it to automatically mail sync' by GPRS\UMTS for two different mobile devices that must use one calendar.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

      Re: Automatic Duplication\replication of calendar

There is nothing specific to SBS on this.
I suppose you could get each one to invite the other to his/her meetings so that each one would be in the other calendar when it synched.

Iím honoured to have been selected for the SMB 150 list for 2013. This is the third time in succession (no logo available for 2011) that I have been honoured with this award.

Rules do not (unfortunately) appear to cover calendars

There is a "forward" option if you right click an appointment but that will only send the calendar item to the other users mailbox as a message attachment

You could check the add-ins here: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/ to see if anything suits, otherwise its a quick lesson in scripting!
