If it's SBS - post your question in the SBS forum (I've moved your message).

As for your question - See this:

        Or this:

        http://support.microsoft.com/kb/289833/en-us

but remember this is for RECEIVING. If you want to SEND using a second domain, ping back and I'll give you a technique I use in Outlook.

teiger, i would like to hear about ur trick with outlook.

by the way, can i give a user permissions to change his primary smtp address so he can switch between outgoing mailing accounts?
          Best regards,

In Outlook, you add a POP3 service which is pointed at your exchange server with your secondary address ie [email protected]. Then you set in Define Send/Receive Groups you tell your POP3 to SEND only - NEVER receive. That way on every new mail, you will have an accounts button next to the send button which will allow you to choose with which account to send.

              Good Luck HTH.

                hey 10x,

the pop3 way is less secured right?
if i dont want to allow pop3 then the "from" is my only choice.

                thank u guys very much

Re: Recieving mails for another domain

POP3 is not less secured in this case - since you are only using the service to SEND so the service actually uses SMTP - it is just a way to get you the extra button as to who you can send as.
                  TIA
