  • ISA manager 2000 won't allow me to add a new Policy Definition in "Policy Elements"

    HI,

This is my first post, so I'm hoping you can help me. I have ISA server running on 2 remote servers and in each of them, I can't add a new Policy Definition under the "Policy Elements" section of ISA Management. These 2 servers act as proxy servers external to my main site, and I need to add a policy definition to allow connection to a Citrix server. The proxy server at my main site lets me add definitions, but these won't - there's no icon showing to add a definition, and I can't right click in the left pane to add a new one.
Can anyone help? I'm tearing out what little hair I have left!

    Thanks in advance

You should use ISA as firewall in this case....

      Thanks,

All research and advice I've recieved so far is telling me that. Apparently when it was installed, it was set up in Cache mode, not integrated mode. I want to upgrade to Windows 2003 server, so I may just upgrade and reinstall ISA server as a firewall.

      Thanks for your Help!
