Not sure if I am understanding you correctly, but try the Shield's Up port scan. https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

GRC Port Authority Report created on UTC: 2004-05-07 at 15:15:39

Results from probe of port: 1214

        0 Ports Open
        0 Ports Closed
        1 Ports Stealth
        ---------------------
        1 Ports Tested

THE PORT tested was found to be: STEALTH.

TruStealth: FAILED - ALL tested ports were STEALTH,
        - NO unsolicited packets were received,

If you want to really test how good your software firewall is.
get the Leak test from Grc.com and run it to test if your firewall leaks.

Simple to use save on desktop, double click and it your firewall ask to let
it in answer no. And then you'll have your question Answered of how good is my firewall really.?
