  • When attempting to view webinars, get prompted to login

When attempted to view webinars, we receive a login box.

It appears to be related to the streaming audio.

That is, the powerpoint slides of the webinar will play just fine.

However, it appears the audio gets blocked, and the users are prompted to login.

Should I begin troubleshoot this at the ISA 2006, or with the Cyblock software?

I think it is related to blocking streaming audio. Since I can't obviously see it in ISA 2006, I figure it may be in the Cyblock software (which I have absolutely no idea at all of how to log into, so I've submitted a support ticket for that.)

If someone has experience with these two together, that would be nice.

    Thanks!

Unless you are blocking some content types within ISA I would start with CyBlock
