  • Trend Micro Officescan 10 on Exchange 2003

1 - I have deployed remotely the installation of the officescan 10 client on Exchange server 2003, and immediatly after the installation I've lost remote desktop access to the exchange server. I've configured all the files and directories recommended excemptions... Anybody please can help me!!! I have my costumer waiting for an answer.

2 - I have a conflict between ISA Server Firewall and officescan 10 firewall. According with Trend Micro it's a normal conflict and they recommend to disable antivirus firewall. We disabled it and the problem was solved. But we have to do it in all server clients ( DC's, etc ). Is this normal?

    Thanks in advance,

Well, personally I don't really like it to have a virusscanner on ISA server.. but if you want to do it, make sure you read the following article:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../cc707727.aspx

Further I don't know if Trend micro does have some form of a build-in "firewall" but you might check that out.
A lot of the current virusscanners starts doing this... I'm still questioning why...
