    Hi, guys, is any one heard about "1st security agent"? http://www.softheap.com/newadmin.html is it really secure or can be "break" easily?

    If the user has admin right then it can be easy break.
    You can use ADM/Local policy to create some limiration like this.
    There need to configure deny right to admin group to prevent them access to
    c:\WINNT\system32\GroupPolicy that contain the local policy file.
    By deny the access, you can be sure that the policy doesnt change the
    admin option to override the policy.
