  • VBScripts:Remote Desktop Disconnected

    Hello All,

We have ISA 2004 on which i have published my TSweb Server which is located in Branch office(DMZ Zone).

I can connect it from my LAN & other branches but when i am trying to connect it from external it gives me a home page and when i click connect it give me a dialog box

    VBScripts: Remote Desktop Disconnected
The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connection might not be enabled or the computer might be busy to accept new connections.
It is also possible of networking problems preventing your connections. Please try connecting again later. If the problem continuous to occur, contact your administrator

    and it return to homepage.

I guess you have understood my problem. Any suggestion would highly appreciate.

    Regards,
    MN

Is the external PC listed as one of the allowed computers for the ISA rule? If it is set to Domain Computers for example then an external computer will not be allowed.
