There are many ways, but one of the easiest is by using the NET USER command:

    Code:
    net user administrator 123456
will change the password to 123456, now you need to run it on all the computers. A script will do nicely.

      how to change administrator password

      Hi,

As i understood, i can create a script to run in all workstations. It will run on next logon? The users can see it?

I would like to know a way to create a script to change admin password and that cannot be seen by any user.

      Thank you very much

Do you use group policy? You could use a startup script to do it or you could use the Sysinternals freeware tool pspassword to change the password remotely:
