    I'm sure one of you power posters will help me, when you post a reply that includes a url, the url is embeded in a highlighted word within the post, not the long url,

    How do you do this?

      Basically, select your text, click the hyperlink button (globe + chain) and paste the URL into the box

      I think this forum is as appropriate as any, so it can stay here for the moment!

        That is easier! All this time I was using the basic editor (which is the default).

        BTW, to change your editor click here and scroll down to Miscellaneous Options

        I think this forum is as appropriate as any, so it can stay here for the moment!
