    hi
    i am gurdeep from india. in my company there are three server one is domain controller and proxy server. my problem is if i shared some data folders on server and give users to read permission. then how to stop users to copy the shared folders content on his local pc Is there any gpo exixt on Windows 2003 server. if yes then please tell me as soon as possible

    There is no GPO for this. You would need to use microsoft Rights Management Services for this. RMS allows you to inject certain permissions into documents for offline use.
