    Hi all,

When surfing to the university web site and printing some pdf file that is locate there, after printing ends I get this annoying popup window : "internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to be close.
The following add-on was running when this problem occured.
    File : pdf.ocx
Company name : Adobe System Incorporated
Descreption : Adobe Acrobat Control for ActiveX"

after closing this window the computer is freezing for a few seconds and IE is shut down going back to desktop.
How can I manage this ?

        Re: add-on problem

Remove all versions of Acrobat inc Reader.

Disable the add in from IE by clicking on tools and Manage Add-Ons.

        Reboot your system.

Reload Acrobat Reader v7 which you can get from here

        Get back to us.
