    I'm spending a fair bit of time looking at trouble ticket systems at the moment, and focussing mainly on RT. (Request-Tracker)

    Does anyone here use this within their environments at all? I really quite like it, and how powerful I think it could be... however the one thing i need that it's missing, is automated timers on tickets, so if I go to "comment" or "reply" etc - I want it to automatically start a timer, and stop it when I save the output.. then automagically add it to TimeWorked...
