    I have a TechNet Professional Subscription; and I need to know whether I have any incident tickets available. Easy to determine?
    Not if one cannot sign in to one's account using IE 8, because every time it comes up with a CGI error. That's nothing to do with me, I would have thought!

    'The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process.'

    Using FireFox and having TechNet Canada as a home page, it opens with me signed in every time.

    So, where on the MS site does one find if there is a support incident remaining in my subscription? That, too, I cannot find. Using Firefox and going to My Account, there is insufficient granularity to advise me of my current status.

    Any help?
