    Which one should ı choose ?

    Logmein


    If we install on a notebook,notebook goes somewhere which we don't know the ip adresse... The user don't do anything... Can we connect to the notebook if yes how can we do...

    Can you confirm:
    You want to access a remote notebook without knowing the IP address?

    If so, I think Logmein is your best solution as, once installed, you can access it via their web site
    Teamviewer seems to require an ID number and passkey and pcAnywhere (IIRC) required knowledge of the IP

    Plus Logmein has a very useful free version!

          Using GoToAssist @ work to access Windows 7 boxes outside the network, but the downside is that when you need to access something that requires admin rights or user approval, I (usually) lose keyboard / mouse access and have to walk the user through doing it. At least I can see what they're doing though lol!
