  • CallHelper process keeps CPU at 100%

    Hello all,

    CPU of BB server is on 100% load since 2 days. This is caused by calhelper.exe processor.
    We are using BES 5.0, OS: Windows Server 2003.
    Exchange version is 2007 (separate server).

    What can I do ?

    Upgrade from a 486 to a more recent processor?
    Go above 128Mb RAM?
    Run off a hard drive rather than a floppy?
