    Dear Friends,

Can we install a PDF printer and sharing printer accross the network?
If yes, which software we need to buy or else is there any software which is available as a freeware.

I have Adobe professional version, after installing this software, I found a Adobe printer in my Printers and faxes window. it's possbile to me to convert any application file in to pdf file by clicking on print option from the file menu and selecting the Adobe PDF printer. The same printer I want to share accross the network clients, so that I don't need to install any software in the client systems. I can use as a Network printer. Note: We are haivng the windows server 2003 with domain configured.

I want simplyfy my question : "I want to configure a PDF printer as a Network printer, so that clients can convert any files in to Pdf format without installing the any 3rd software"

At first glance, this would probably be voiding licensing.

There is a SaveAsPDF application for Office 2007. Might this help solve your requirement... ?

I have BullZip PDF printer installed on my laptop, and it definitely doesn't let me share it out.

Lots of free PDF printers out there, but as already said, if you are using Office 2007 (or 2010 now it is RTM) you can do it within the application

Bullzip PDF printer uses 17MB foot print. Does your thin client really have that little space?

I'm not aware of any possible way to share a PDF printer. Sorry.
