    Hi to you all,

    One last Question for today ( I hope )
    Is there any way to block programes that works on port 80 without blocking the port obviously?

    Yes

    If you are using application aware firewall you can block the HTTP base of the header content.
    ISA 2004, Check Point NGX can help you in this case.

        No you cant (as far as im aware) you need a proxy server or integrated filering software like Websense or something like Surf Control.
