  • Pastel 09 corrupting companies!

We are running Server 2003 as our server and Windows XP Professional on the workstations. The problem is that Pastel seems to randomly corrupt companies as it goes along. The user is greeted with an error message and the offending company must be removed and re-added, after which it works fine for a while. Any ideas?

What sort of package is this -- graphics (from the name) or accounts (from the context)?
Have you asked their support team?
Is this a regular thing or has it started recently? (if so, what has been changed?)

Reported for move to different forum -- networking is not the appropriate place
