    Does anyone have any good recommendations on disk wiping tools? I am currently using Dban, looking at what you are currently using and how has it worked for you.

    This seems to be one of the best solutions.

    Seriously, DBAN is pretty good. I'm not sure what more you could want from a software based data destruction utility. I think some RAID controllers offer a scrubbing or data destruction feature when you reconfigure a RAID container (Dell's older PERCs anyway). Of course, you could use a degausser or mechanical disk destroyer as well (see my above link )

    Is there anything in particular that you're looking for? Any particular situation you have in mind?

      I've always used DBan and it does the job for me.
