  • Viewing web stream

Here is my problem I am hoping some can help me with.
I am trying to view some web streaming and it works on some PC's and it doesn't on others. Window comes up on all but on the once that doesn’t work it stays blue with no image or streaming in it. I upgraded everyone to IE 7.0 but that did not help.
Any ideas what I need to change or what plug in I might need?
    Thanks

you might need to open some ports or even disable the firewalls

I don't think that's what it is simply because other PC's in the same location work just fine.

might be. but you might be running a firewall (windows or other) on the workstation.

also, a reinstall of the video streaming activeX or software might be necessary

You may need to load the latest Java or Flash plugins.
