Ah, this must be the newest country in the world and it will easily be confused with United Kingdom.

          2 2 was 1 2.

            Re: Email law

If you are thinking emails are confidential you are sadly mistaken. This is especially in the US and UK where it is well known they are being monitord constantly, no doubt by massive computer systems watching for such as the likes as the names of certian terrorists.

In fact one might argue the best way to get your opinions noticed is not by way of the very popular method of blogs, but through your emails!!!

              Re: Email law

Email monitoring and email evesdropping are really 2 different things. [email protected] doesn't mention what the purpose of his question is. Is it for the boss to surreptitiously check what the employees are doing or is it for a legitimate monitoring of email content etc.

If you want to go right this is what Gordon may be refering to. An up to date copy of PGP might be a good idea. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECHELON

                  Re: Email law

Since the monitoring is without doubt being done by the likes if the US FBI, UK MI5, and Interpool, it is unlikely you will glean any information as to who what and when we are being spied upon.

Even the Freedom of Inforamtion laws in various countries are unlikely to allow you information on this under the cover of ' national Security '
