    Hi Guys,

I have bought a used server (Yep!!), and when it loads it says SCSI BIOS NOT INSTALLED! and waits for F1 or F10, i need to overcome this issue, so if the server auto-reboot it will load..

Any Idea how? and how can i go inside BIOS ?
    nothing worked for me..

    Thanks,
    Retaliator.
    Thanks & Regards

    Congratulations !
    Now, back to earth:
"SCSI BIOS not installed" it's a regular message for Adaptec controllers. It shouldn't be a problem.
To enter BIOS, wait until you'll get a message like:
    Press F9 for ...
Press F10 for System Maintenance Menu
    Press ...

F10 will get you to the BIOS. Pressing on it will open the System Maintenance Menu and you'll get two options: Setup Utility and Diagnosttic Utility. Setup Utility is the BIOS.

Is your server preinstalled with some OS? If not, you should start with the StartSmart CD you got with the server.
What else can we do for you, my friend?

        I'm glad it's OK now.

Maybe next time you'll wait a day or two, for the problem to dissapear from itself? Or it is your post to the forum itself that make all your problems dissapear?

The mere mention of the forum frightened it into submission

Just one little question, did you download and read the manual for information about this "error"?
              1 1 was a racehorse.
              2 2 was 1 2.
              1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
              2 2 1 1 2
