Also your default DNS server should be your DC, if this an AD environment.

Does Broadspire.co.in ring any bells to you?
      Are they perhaps your ISP?

additonally...when i tried to ping with the avialble domian (like gmail, yahoo) i am getting the response by their respective ips, but when i tried to ping with some fake names(like dfdfg.com,erer or any case) i am getting the response as success from the specific ip address(66.240.159.152 same that v get in t nslookup)...and even in IE when i hit some url like fgjlfj (som bla -bla) , i am getting the broadspire home page.. how it is possible.... what is th causes.....

Looks like you have your DNS set to go to the broadspire.co.in DNS servers.

          Are you on a LAN???

What DNS server does your client point towards??
