Username is CASE sensitive. If you have left it as the default, use a CAPITAL S.
    1 1 was a racehorse.
    2 2 was 1 2.
    1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
    2 2 1 1 2

      Try:

      C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec System Center\Tools\iforgot.exe

I can't reset the password. It keeps saying "The specified user account does not exist." I am using this program on the server using Administrator which is the domain admin. Any ideas?

The user account is usually the server group. It could be the name of your server or it could be Symantec AntiVirus 1

Post a screenshot and give better explainations of what you have done or are doing. Did you try:

You will need to talk to Symantec with this option.

Do not confuse the Symantec Username and Password with the Server/Domain Username and Password.

Can you reinstall 10.1.5 on another/test server in the hope it may prompt you to remember the original Symantec credentials?

Biggles77 is correct. Was there ever any doubt

Before, the 'iforgot' utility would reset the password. Now you give the 'iforgot' utility the name of your server and it will retrieve the password in encrypted form that Symantec has to decrypt for you. The utility does not ask for a user name or password.
