  • Offcie 365 pop from another exchange

    Hi all

If you are not in control of the MX records ( parent company owns it) for a domain, but have a client you want to use office 365 exchange for and they use pop, can office 365 exchange pop their mail out of the parent company mail server and into the one you provide? They might have to also have to adjust their spf record to allow you to send also I presume.

    short, easy answer is no.

you could (possibly) do this with an exchange server you control and something like popcon.

Have you tried speaking to the parent company? More to the point, has your client tried talking to their parent company?
Please do show your appreciation to those who assist you by leaving Rep Point https://www.petri.com/forums/core/im.../icon_beer.gif

It's ok, I worked it out. You can add a pop connector via webmail.

options/your email accounts/add send and receive account/advanced options.
