    Hello,

Is it possible to use a non-Office 365 enabled domain with Office 365 Outlook?

Customer has a hosted Exchange with another company and we are testing some tablets (SP3s) but before we do the complete migration to O365 we want to make sure they are capable so the plan is just fire up Outlook and configure it with the current mail hosting providers details.

I think Outlook 2013 is a fairly standard application so I believe the answer will be yes of course, but the other side of my brain suggests that MS may have locked it down so it only works with Office 365 enabled domains.

    Any info would be ace!

    Thanks
    Lee
    Regards,

    Lee

    it should be absolutely fine.
if you already have a E3 trial, just install it and try
they don't hobble it to my knowledge
