  • Connect a Disconnected mailbox to account in 365a

    We had to delete and recreate n AD user. We recently moved from on premise to hosted 365 Exchange. In the past I could go into Exchange and there was a section for disconnected mailboxes I could go into and connect to the New AD account. The user would open Outlook and it would work. Now what can I do? How can I reassociate his AD account to his exchange box. We use Dirsync/ADFS
