  • APPCRASH Excel 2007

    Hello,

A co-worker of mine brought to my attention that he was getting an error in Excel 2007 when he was using the print preview tool. He would simply click on a worksheet with more than one page and then click print preview. After that the print preview screen would show on page one like it should, but when trying to go to page 2 or 3, Excel would crash and give the following error.

I researched the error and found something about a bluetooth add-in that needed disabled, but the computer does not have that add-in to begin with.

I have checked other files using the same method with the same computer and the same error is produced. I also tried on other computers with Excel 2007 and the print preview for the worksheet works fine.

    Any ideas?

    Is it patched?
Any plugins to Excel that you are aware of?
Does it happen in all profiles?
    cheers

Concur with the above questions, plus try a "detect and repair" on the Office installation

No it is not patched to my knowledge. Is there a way to double-check this?

There is an AdobePDF plugin, but that is all.

Yes, it happens with all profiles.

Run Microsoft Update (not Windows Update) on the host OS
