    I have a user that is having a problem in some of our public folders. She can see all of her other emails fine. When she looks in the public folders, some of the emails has a subject but no body. I forwarded the email to myself and I can see the email fine. I checked with other people around her and they can all see it fine. I logged in as myself on her machine and opened up my email and I was able to see everything. I added her to another machine and opened her email and she was able to see everything on the new machine. I don't know what else to try.

    Corrupt profile?

    Maybe you can rename her profile, reset it up and then delete her old profile?

    I've had something similar to that happen to me before.
    My job consists of 30% luck, 50% knowledge and skill and 20% total BS.
