  • Arial 10 does not display correctly.

    Hi,

Office 2007 connected to Exchange 2003

Ever since a user copied and pasted some text from an e-mail (centaur 14) this is displayed when creating a new/replied e-mail. I have specified Arial 10 for new and replied e-mails, and this is how the mail is sent, but not displayed on the users screen in this way.

Other fonts are displayed correctly. I tried the "diagnostic checker" (what happened to detect and repair!) and although it found one error, it didn't sort out the Arial 10 problem.

    Any ideas?

Does the senders font preference over-ride the recipients?
I would have thought it was the other way round

    Can you post screen-shots?

      Hi Tom,

Thank you for your reply. No, the senders font does not overide the recipient's.

The user has left, but I will try and get some screenshots when they return tomorrow.

      Thanks
