    Hello all,

    XP SP2
    Office 2007 (specifically, Outlook 2007)
    Through GPO, all users have My Documents redirected to a server.

    I have 1 user where when she tries to save attachments to My Documents, the following error message appears:
    Cannot save the attachment. Cannot find this file. Verify the path and file name are correct.

    However, she can save to the Desktop.

    Files can be moved to My Documents. Files can be opened from and saved to My Documents. So, there don't seem to be any issues with permissions.
    The attachment filenames were fairly long, so I also tried shortening the names to one word names, but still no joy.

    At this time, I have her saving to the desktop, then dragging the files to My Documents.

    Any ideas?

    Bueller? Bueller?

    Tell me I have not stumped anyone! I've been searching and have still have not found anything on this. If I find no solution in the next day or so, I'll start with re-install/repair Office, then try uninstall / re-install Office, then possibly re-install OS.

    Strangest thing!
