On a home/workgroup printer, very unlikely it will support IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) -- generally only larger MFPs do -- if it has an admin web page it may, if not, probably not.

Having said that, why would you want to print over the internet?

IIRC you can share it on a windows server and enable IPP there -- been a long time since I ever fiddled with this and never got it to work, though.

My friend Ossian, Because my Head Office is in other location, recently converted to AD Environment, and my Factory is in other location which is still in Workgroup, factory side using different ISP. which also have Static Public IP Pool. we just want to send important print job from Head office location directly to Factory location over internet. That's the reason.

Can you establish a VPN between sites -- note this is possible without both sides having a static IP -- and print in the "normal" way - also a more secure solution

Personally, IPP has only caused me pain and suffering (and never worked)

Have you looked at Google Cloud Print? Granted I have never set this up nor have I looked at how secure it is but its worth a read.

Router to Router VPN using a dyndns or similar name where you do not have a static IP

For any more information, ask your network admin
