Re: Internet connection for O.S installed on Virtual machine

one is bridged, one is NAT.
The bridged connection is not being given a proper ip address (169 is an apipa address)
that means there is likely not a dhcp server on that subnet.

    make them both the same.

Re: Internet connection for O.S installed on Virtual machine

if i will make them the same, both xp will have same IP address 10.0.2.15.

I have mixed things up, cause before showed me an IP 192.168.0.153, but dns IP and DHCP IP 192.168.0.1 so i though something wrong
So, when i after restarting the dns and DHCP server for both XP, no more IP appears in the range of 192.168.0.1 - 255

I haven't looked at your pictures.

          It comes down to this:

No matter which network it's on (bridged, or nat) the guests need a relevant IP address, and relevant gateway. What these are, depends on your network.

You can either configure them manually, or you can use a DHCP server.
