  • What are the best Wireless IP Scanners?

Can any one give me advice on choosing a really good (and hopefully free) wireless IP scanner?

I have been tasked with locating wireless access points throughout the building. Some could possibly be from the company that last occupied this location. Since it has been a number of years since it have done this, I would like recommendations of software that many of you have used. And since things change rather quickly in this industry what advice do you have as far as being able to nail every one of them. Thanks in advance-

If you have an adroid phone a wireless scanner from one of those would work(I assume for what you're trying to do).

What do you mean by 'nail'?

I actually use a LiveBootCD Distro called Backtrack to do such things.

Netstumbler or Vistumbler (depends on your O/S) are both free. Google will find them for you.
