    Can I get access from one VLAN to other VLAN through the server (e. g. mail server) or computer that belongs to these VLANs?

    If your VLANs are different address ranges (different subnets) as is the norm, then the only way to get them talking to each other is to route between them. You can use a dedicated router, or a switch running at Layer 3, or a server running RRAS (with NICs into both VLANs). Config options/complexity will obviously be different depending on which solution you choose.
