  • telnet cooked vs telnet raw?

    Hi,

What is the different between these two packets? There is short description of the sample capture but I don't really get it. Can anyone explain it in a better way. Thanks

telnet-cooked.pcap (libpcap) A telnet session in "cooked" (per-line) mode.
telnet-raw.pcap (libpcap) A telnet session in "raw" (per-character) mode.
