  • Connect two offices via Internet Connection

    I want to connect two office via internet connect and Windows XP or Server 2003. i do not want to use router. i want to built a remote connection between 2 offices using internet connection and OS. Actually we want to use a software that have common database. Anybody can help me what is the best solution and how can i do this?

    Common database? What do you mean with this?
    You don't want any firewall to use?

    Best solution, go for a site-to-site VPN with either ISA server or use a router or something like ASA, PIX (older version) Check Point, Juniper, Sonicwall and so on.

      Thanks for reply.
      Common Database means two offices use a database server. Is there any solution without using Router or ISA. This is very simple and small network. I just want to use Microsoft OS.

        Well RRAS might do but it isn't really secure.
        Security isn't my responsible at your site.
